What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, (such as to make a comment on a post/article or in the Forum), or subscribe to our newsletter.
When commenting or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name and/or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

The email address you provide for order/consult processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?
We offer the use of a secure server via PayPal to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make any payment. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (via PayPal). We do not see your bank or credit card information.
If you choose to set-up a consult with Dr. Gangemi and email personal information to him via [email protected], any information you send is kept in strict confidence. Printed copies of any forms, labs, or other material you send via email for a consult may be kept in Dr. Gangemi’s office (address below). However, he cannot guarantee the security of any email transaction (including personal health information attachments). Emails are not encrypted. If you are unsure of the security of sending any personal information via email you should refrain from doing so; regular mail and/or fax may be more appropriate. Yes, cookies are used by various programs on this site (such as Google Analytics) to help us statistically monitor how many people are using our website, (and their IP addresses), pages they view, and they are also used to facilitate a user’s log-in, as navigation aides, and as session timers. Cookies are not used to retain Personal Health Information about you.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, providing newsletter marketing services, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
