The Sock Doc book (in progress) will explore the natural treatment and prevention of many common athletic injuries and illness such as plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, exercise induced asthma, overtraining syndrome, and a host of other ailments which many athletes experience. The book will also discuss training principles, specifically aerobic and anaerobic conditioning as well as natural movement skills, so the athlete can not only greatly improve their performance but also their health and overall well-being. This book will be a must-read for any coach, trainer, therapist, physician, and athlete regardless of their current fitness level.
